Join the crowd on March 22nd and 23rd for the 14th Neuse River Bridge Run. Start your weekend on Friday evening with the Kids Fun Run; then set your alarms for an early start on Saturday, Race Day. Half-Marathon and 10K runners traverse the 65-foot tall Neuse River Bridge before completing their runs on the streets of this 300-year old town. Runners and walkers in the 5K will start their race with a crossing of the Alfred C. Cunningham Bridge, then continue through the streets of downtown New Bern. Then stick around Union Point Park for the post race celebration for food, drink, and Bryan Mayer’s music.
Proceeds support the missions of six local non-profits: Craven Community College Foundation, Religious Community Services, the Mediation Center of Eastern Carolina, Craven Arts Council and Gallery, MERCI Clinic, and Twin Rivers YMCA.
