Nordic Cryo Spa is offering a unique and innovative therapy technique that utilizes nitrogen to “freeze” the body and in turn reduce inflammation and release endorphins that help alleviate pain naturally.* Essentially, nitrogen creates a cold sauna at temperatures ranging from -110 to -188. Clients enter what looks like a stand-up tanning both with an open area for the head, and stand inside for two to three minutes.

Randy first experienced Cryo when he was in Greenville, NC recovering from a painful back injury.
